FreeFire recently won the award for the best mobile game of the year at the 2020 Esports Awards. It faced stiff competition from titles such as Call of Duty: Mobile, PUBG ( Player Unknown BattleGrounds), Arena of Valor and Clash of Clans. The win has cemented the game’s position for the top rank in ‘Free to download’ games in the android store. Owing to the delay in the launch of the new version of PUBG, FreeFire has picked up the pace, and have also released some newer characters to add depth and variety to the game. One of the newest characters to be released goes by the name of Sverr.
Sverr Basic details:
Not much is known about Sverr. From the graphic description, he seems over six feet tall, and well built. As per the details that have been released, he is an MMA ( Mixed Martial Arts ) fighter. Sverr’s name and features bear the resemblance of a man from a Scandinavian nation, e.g., Norway, Finland, Iceland, etc. He has an animalistic instinct that can make him go berserk in the ring.
Sverr’s ability, as mentioned above, is simply called ‘Going Berserk’ in FreeFire. At level 1, Sverr sacrifices 40 HP to increase his damage by 10% for 5 seconds, with a cooldown period of 45 seconds. This may seem risky, especially to beginners, who tend to be more defensive, and rely solely on their health bar to get to the final stages of the game.
However, at peak level, he sacrifices 30 HP in order to get additional damage of 20% for 5 seconds, with a cooldown period of 30 seconds. Sverr’s ability needs to be used with caution, as his ability could simply backfire. But this ability could be extremely useful when used to combat an opponent from a distance in FreeFire, say, with the help of an extremely powerful sniper. Moreover, when combined with Alok in squad matches, who is a healer, Sverr’s HP could be easily replenished.
Sverr’s complete ability details:
Level 1: Sacrifice 40 HP to increase damage by 10% for 5 seconds (45 seconds cooldown).
Level 2: Sacrifice 38 HP to increase damage by 12% for 5 seconds (42 seconds cooldown).
Level 3: Sacrifice 36 HP to increase damage by 14% for 5 seconds ( 39 seconds cooldown ).
Level 4: Sacrifice 34 HP to increase damage by 16% for 5 seconds (36 seconds cooldown).
Level 5: Sacrifice 32 HP to increase damage by 18% for 5 seconds (33 seconds cooldown).
Level 6: Sacrifice 30 HP to increase damage by 20% for 5 seconds (30 seconds
